Mr. David M. Adams age 86, of Lithia Springs, Georgia passed away Monday, February 8, 2021. Mr. Adams was born June 8, 1934 in Fulton County. He was the son of late Carlton Alphus Adams of Toccoa and the late Jessie Mae Adams of Atlanta. He was a graduate of O'Keefe High School. He was in the National Guard. He was Manager of the Produce department for many Big Apple stores. He also worked for National Life Insurance for 10 years. He was the owner of his own company, Adams Awnings for 35 years. David loved gospel music. He sang with The Singing Skylarks in the 1970's and The Ministers in the 1990's recording several Albums. David enjoyed golfing as his favorite hobby. He was preceded in death by 4 brothers and 1 sister, Carlton Adams, Raymond Adams, Donald Adams, Harold Adams & Dorothy Adams-Smith. Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Betty Daniel Adams of Lithia Springs; 2 daughters and 1 son, Susan Zomprelli of Hiram, Carol Carroll-Siverson of Douglasville, David Adams Douglasville, and 4 grandchildren, Preston Sanders, Samantha Sanders-Wright, Kasey Carroll and Alexandria Adams and 3 great grandchildren, Ethan Wright, Lucas Wright and Silas Carroll.
